December 2025 5.00We had a great stay at Kuppal in Cozumel. Parking is secure and extremely easy, which made everything very convenient. The building is well located — not far from the center — and it only takes about 20 minutes to drive to Paradise Beach, which was perfect for us. A complimentary breakfast is included. It’s simple but definitely a nice bonus, especially since we didn’t expect it. The room itself is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The concierges, Mike and Andy, truly made everything special. They were attentive, helpful, and always available with great advice, which really enhanced our experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back.

November 2025 5.00If you wanna feel like you’re in Mexico, stay here you walk to the pool the trees, old houses it feels like Mexico, but 10 minute walk you downtown with the tourist every room has a door to open for the wind that makes you feel comfortable. The staff is excellent. Hot water good pressure It’s not normal to find a two bedroom with the two full bath. The pool was excellent close to food activities church.
